My pics of this gig are not so good, but there are four videos, so check them out.. =) I missed a bit, too, because their gig was listed to start at 9:30pm, yet it turned out to be 9:15pm, bleh.. Should have checked Facebook first.. Oh well..
I don't really follow much new music, but this happened to be a band whose music I had heard on the radio. (No, I don't listen to much radio, either.. Just stuck on my old favourites on the mindPlayer, lol..) They were maybe a little bit different live, from what I would have expected, but I enjoyed the gig. Their sound actually reminded me of some of my 80's favourites.. Nothing too obvious, just little things here and there..
The trouble with drummers.. Trying to take a decent gig picture, and there's usually either someone blocking the view right when you're about to take the picture, or the drummer might just be otherwise very animated.. =D
