There's a beard campaign where you can download a beard of your choice, wear it & take a picture (or photoshop it on yourself), and email it to their site - they'll then put $1 into a Kiva account on your behalf.
Ok, $1 might not save the world, but it's a perfect excuse to have some webcam fun again, so I went Che.. Yes, I could make it better than that, but I just wanted to use their Che beard and whatever other stuff I had at hand..
