Why I wouldn't fly with Air France..

I've heard some bad stories about Air France, from friends and strangers, but this one (above) might just be the 'winner'.. :O

They managed to completely mess up a funeral - twice, and cause massive extra expenses to the family, who eventually had to miss their loved one's memorial, all because of this useless airline.

There's not enough money in the world, to make that right, but they should at least cover the monetary loss they caused - AND some..
