The handsome Vulcan in an old family album

I was browsing some (very) old family albums, and found this handsome Vulcan =D

I've no idea who he was, but I'm pretty sure that we're not related. I think he must have been a friend of whoever put the photo album together. Sadly, there are no captions. I do recognise most of the people (like my grandparents when they were young, granny's siblings and parents, etc.), but not all..

All I know is that the photo was taken in Viipuri (Vyborg), in 1920's.
